Services:
Our teleprompter packages include all necessary technology as well as one of our experienced technicians. There are two basic types of teleprompter packages: television/film production and public speaking (presidential). Every electronic component is backed up by a duplicate unit on every job.
Television/ film production—
Our television/ film teleprompter package includes a state-of-the-art Telescript ® computer teleprompting system with one display. The display unit can be mounted on the camera’s tripod head or configured for free-standing operation. Additional teleprompting displays can be added as needed.
Public Speaking/Presidential:
Our standard public speaking teleprompter package includes a state-of-the-art Telescript ® computer teleprompting sysytem and two presidential displays to cover one podium. Prompter displays for additional podiums can be added.
Rates—
Our rates are based on 9 hours of our technician and gear on your site within the national capital metropolitan area. The half-day television/film production rate covers four hours on site. Overtime is billed at $60.00 per hour. Weekend jobs carry a $75.00 labor surcharge. Mileage and travel time is billed on jobs located more than 30 miles from Washington DC.
Television/ film prompting package:
Full Day - $525.00
Half Day - $400.00
Additional Displays - $150.00 each
Public Speaking prompting package (full day only):
15” standard monitors (recommended for rehearsals, low-impact) - $600.00
17” high-bright monitors (recommended for all major stagings) - $700.00
Public Speaking Additional Podium:
15” System - $300.00
17” System - $350.00
